Our service and manufacturing
How our made-to-order kitchen service works.
We work with an established UK kitchen manufacturer to supply premium, made-to-order kitchen components. Once your order and specification are confirmed, the kitchen is manufactured and delivered directly to your chosen address.
This approach allows us to offer customisable products without relying on old warehouse stock, while keeping prices competitive.
Yes. Kitchen components are manufactured to the confirmed order specification rather than supplied as generic, pre-made stock. This gives you more control over styles, finishes, colours, dimensions and unit combinations.
Our kitchen components are manufactured in the UK by an experienced manufacturing partner using quality materials, modern production methods and detailed quality checks.
Standard manufacturing normally takes 10–15 working days after your order and payment are confirmed. Delivery commonly takes a further 2–5 working days after dispatch.
The overall timeframe is therefore usually around 3–4 weeks, although seasonal demand and product availability can affect individual orders.
Because every kitchen is manufactured to order, standard production time cannot normally be shortened. Contact us before ordering when you have a fixed deadline so we can confirm the latest expected lead time.
Design and customisation
Choosing units, colours, styles and dimensions.
You can customise elements including:
- Modern, Shaker, classic and handleless styles
- Matt, gloss, textured and wood-effect finishes
- Kitchen door and panel colours
- Base, wall, tall and corner units
- Handles, hinges and drawer hardware
- Worktops and edge profiles
- Internal drawers, pull-outs, bins and storage
Your selected layout, units, dimensions, colours and finishes should be reviewed carefully before the order is confirmed. You can also contact our team for guidance before finalising your specification.
Changes may not be possible once manufacturing has begun. Because the components are made specifically for your order, check all measurements, quantities, colours and product selections before confirming payment.
Victorian terraces often work well with Shaker doors, warm neutrals and carefully planned tall storage. Modern apartments can benefit from simple handleless doors, integrated appliances and lighter finishes.

Pricing and payments
How kitchen pricing and secure payments work.
Pricing depends on factors such as:
- The number and type of kitchen units
- Cabinet and door dimensions
- Selected finish and colour
- Handles, hinges and internal fittings
- Worktop material and size
- Delivery location and order size
Request a detailed quote so you can review the complete specification before ordering.
Your quote should show the selected kitchen components, relevant delivery costs and applicable VAT. Installation, appliances and products not included in the specification are charged separately.
Available payment methods are shown securely during checkout. Card payments are processed through approved payment providers, and your full card details are not stored directly by our website.
Yes. An order confirmation and invoice can be provided after the purchase has been completed.
Delivery and installation
Receiving and fitting your new kitchen.
We supply customers across Manchester and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and cost depend on the delivery postcode, product size and order value.
Contact us before ordering when the address is outside Greater Manchester.
Delivery arrangements are confirmed once manufacturing has been completed and the order is ready for dispatch. Any preferred dates remain subject to courier availability.
Ensure that somebody is available to receive the order. Check packages and visible components carefully before signing for delivery.
Report visible damage promptly and retain the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
Installation is not automatically included with the kitchen components. Arrange a qualified kitchen installer before delivery and ensure that they have reviewed the measurements and specification.
Photograph the damage, packaging and product labels, then contact us as soon as possible. We will review the report with the courier and manufacturer and explain the next replacement or resolution steps.
Product quality and guarantee
Materials, care and long-term protection.
The guarantee applies to qualifying manufacturing, structural and hardware defects. Examples may include faulty components, delamination or covered hinge and runner failures.
It does not normally cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, improper installation, misuse, excessive moisture, direct heat or cosmetic marks caused after delivery.
The available ranges may use quality engineered boards, MDF, veneered or finished panels, durable hinges, drawer runners and a choice of laminate, timber-effect or composite worktops.
Exact materials vary by product, so review the individual product specification before ordering.
- Wipe surfaces with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner.
- Dry spills quickly, especially near joints and edges.
- Avoid abrasive chemicals and harsh scouring products.
- Protect doors and worktops from excessive heat.
- Have hinges and runners adjusted by a competent person when required.
Made-to-order kitchens offer greater control over sizes, finishes, colours and layouts, while off-the-shelf kitchens are produced in fixed configurations.
| Feature | Made to order | Off the shelf |
|---|---|---|
| Customisation | Greater choice | Limited configurations |
| Fit | Planned around your order | May require compromises |
| Lead time | Manufacturing required | Usually quicker |
| Finish | Coordinated specification | Depends on available stock |
Ordering, changes and returns
What happens before and after order confirmation.
- Browse the kitchen products and available options.
- Confirm your measurements and required quantities.
- Add the products to your basket.
- Review the complete specification carefully.
- Complete checkout and payment.
You should receive confirmation once the order has been accepted.
Account availability depends on the checkout options currently enabled. Creating an account can make it easier to view previous orders and manage customer details, but guest checkout may also be available.
Contact us immediately when you need to cancel. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be possible because the kitchen components are being made to your specification.
Made-to-order products cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products should be reported promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Updates may be provided when the order is confirmed, enters manufacturing and is dispatched. Courier tracking information is sent when it becomes available.
Trade customers and sustainability
Support for professionals and responsible kitchen choices.
Yes. Trade and larger-volume enquiries are welcome from kitchen installers, property developers, builders, landlords and interior design professionals.
Contact us with the expected quantities, locations and project timeline so we can discuss the available options.
